Join us at The Africa Centre and with WSICE 2025 celebrate Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka's 91st birthday with a dynamic programme spanning Nigeria and the UK.

As part of WSICE 2025’s theme, “Decolonisation of African Youth: Agenda for Our Future Leadership,” this International Advocacy Panel explores how African creatives confront postcolonial systems, shape narratives, and influence leadership.

Titled “The Artist as Postcolonial Agent: Canvas of Leadership Nuances,” this session brings together a powerful lineup of voices from the arts, academia, health, and activism to reflect on the role of creativity in building socially conscious and culturally grounded futures.

Panelists include Maureen Salmon, Professor Dapo Ladimeji, Dr. Paulina Kuranchie, Hoda Ali, Dumi Senda, Dr. Alistar Soyode, Dr. Leah Nwayekui, and Joe-Ann Chavry.
