Events À WÁ N’BẸ: Exhibition Collaborators Roundtable For the first time, we delve into the making of À WÁ N’BẸ; a celebration of community and culture that brings together vision, production, and collaboration in one of Orry Shenjobi’s (@orryshenjobi) most ambitious works to date. As part of the exhibition programming, Studio Orry will host a collaborators’ roundtable; an intimate conversation that unpacks the making of À WÁ N’BẸ; its stories, its process, and the collective spirit that brought it to life. In Conversation: Orry Shenjobi (@orryshenjobi); the visionary behind À WÁ N’BẸ, sharing how the work emerged from concept and ideation into physical installation. Suleiman Ismaila Gwarzo; founder of Studio Samaila (@studiosamaila), who developed a powerful textile installation for the project, weaving together tradition, design, and storytelling. Moderated by Sosa Omorogbe (@sosamimosa); Gallerist, Curator and founder of the 1897 (@_the1897) guiding the discussion with insight and depth. Please join us for this rare opportunity to hear directly from the collaborators, gain insight into the process, and engage in dialogue about the cultural and creative significance of À WÁ N’BẸ Details: The Africa Centre, London (@theafricacentre) 11 October | 5 PM - 8PM Seats are limited; RSVP via the link in bio.
