Poetic Temple x Festive Season Mansa Harts launched their official Empowerment Poetic Temple events at The Africa Centre in December 2024, and on the 17th December 2025 we will be celebrating our 1-year anniversary! Join Nat Nye the Lyrical Alkhemist, and Stella Bee + friends for a festive Season Poetry Open Mic night. One all about the mission of making The Africa Centre, AFRICA TOWN! There will be LIVE ART by resident Poetic Temple artist Stella B, whose work will be auctioned at the Africa Centre on March 19th 2026, as part of the Fundraiser effort. Open Mic! Which has seen the best of the best hit the stage, such as Lady Dawn Butler MP for Brent and much more! We have also had the pleasure of live art by the power couple @adeche.atelier We have been blessed with incredible collaborations from the superstar Mikel the Energy and the legendary Teshay Makeda. Last month a starry night of astrological proportions came from @cwiththec, and we are looking forward to what's to come in 2026!!!! Stella B, the host of Poetic Temple whose visual arts debuted at The Africa Centre in 2024. Known for her souls purpose led riveting Solo Exhibition Hidden Histories, Goldframing the Women in the Revolution. Her work displayed 18 of her works created in her unique aesthetic evoking starlight portraits in ancestral light against black canvas. This Black History Month Special, Stella B will be highlighting some of these works as well as some new ones. You can even get yourself a print.
