ABOUT MISS TRANS GLOBAL
Miss Trans Global is an international advocacy pageant series founded in 2020 as a fully digital competition in response to the global pandemic. Created to platform the voices, talents and lived experiences of women and non binary people of trans heritage, the pageant has grown into a powerful and celebrated global movement.
Originally designed as a virtual space to connect contestants across continents, Miss Trans Global quickly became known for its emphasis on creative expression, personal storytelling and community leadership. As the world reopened, the pageant evolved into a live annual event hosted in London, with a strong commitment to celebrating asylum seekers, older trans women and sex workers.
Each year, contestants from diverse cultural, professional and social backgrounds come together to participate in interviews, talent presentations and advocacy-driven challenges. Through these moments, participants raise awareness of critical social issues affecting trans communities globally.
At its heart, Miss Trans Global prioritises authenticity, empowerment and visibility. It is a space where trans women are honoured not only for their beauty, but for their resilience, leadership and impact.
