Events Chakula Presents Roots 'n' Rhythms: DTMH Edition Join us for a night of live music - where Jazz meets the Experimental. The Africa Centre will be hosting the DTMH family ~ Alber Gold - Neo-soul artist based in London who uses his R&B influences to create a soft and light atmosphere. Albert's smooth vocals and melodic compositions will transport you to a place of calm and reflection. @albertgoldlive Bukky - An alternative psychedelic pop/R&B singer, songwriter and artist from London. Bukky creates music to sing to, dance to and be a part of - with a contagious sound and energy that completely fills the room. @bukkytheperson Guitarist | Adrien @adi.harte Trumpetist | Jonas @jonas_bossert Special Feature & DJ set During the event, visual artist K.Africana (@k.africana) will create a piece in real-time, drawing inspiration from the collective atmosphere and energy created by the performers and audience. We'll have a DJ set by Talia Darling @taliaadarling_ Born and bred in Hackney East London She's a genre blending DJ with a Special love for Dancehall which pays homage to Her Caribbean heritage, Grime and UKG which celebrates her Black British culture.
