Join us for a joyful exploration of West African dance as a vibrant language that speaks from the heart. We'll start gently with mindful stretching, creating space to connect with our bodies and each other.

Together, we'll build something beautiful—sharing our own movements and weaving them into a collective choreography that belongs to all of us. Our facilitator will lovingly guide you through authentic West African techniques, inviting you to make them your own.

This is your invitation to honor the ancestral roots that run deep while celebrating how they bloom through your unique expression. Dance here isn't something preserved behind glass—it's alive, breathing, and ready to carry your emotions and stories.
