A WÀ ǸBẸ̀ Pt II: Cocktail Party

To honour the spirit of Òwàmbè, Studio Orry presents A WÀ ǸBẸ̀ Pt II: A Celebration of Community and Culture Cocktail Party, held as part of the exhibition programming; an evening of rhythm, joy, and togetherness.

This evening is not only a celebration of Orry Shenjobi’s (@orryshenjobi) solo exhibition, but also an invitation to experience the depth of Òwàmbè: its joy, its memory, and its sacred energy.

Òwàmbè has always been more than a party. It is a spiritual gathering, a cultural archive, and a way of holding one another through music, food, dance, and ritual. On this night, the exhibition space becomes a living, breathing Òwàmbè; a place to connect, reflect, and celebrate together.

So come dressed in your best, bring your energy, and jẹ́ ká jó, jẹ́ ká yọ̀! (let’s dance, let’s rejoice!).
